Campfire Nachos

Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips of your choice — we recommend restaurant style because they are flatter and wider.
- Cheese dip — nacho cheese or queso both work well
- Shredded cheese of your choice — we use the fiesta blend
- Toppings like taco meat, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeƱos, or any other topping you enjoy
Instructions:
- Build a fire in your firepit and lower the grill grate.
- Add a layer of chips to the iron skillet and top with the cheese dip.
- Layer in any additional toppings like taco meat, jalapeƱos, or anything you want to warm with the chips and cheese.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Heat over your fire for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chips are crisp but not burned.
Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients:
- 1 package of frozen French fries
- 1 can of chili
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream to taste
Instructions:
- Build a fire and set the grill grate in place.
- Cut four large squares of heavy-duty foil and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Divide the fries amongst the sheets and seal the packets completely.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes over the fire.
- Remove from heat and top with the chili and shredded cheese.
- Reseal the packet and return to the chili is warm through and the cheese is melted.
Walking Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 6 single-serving bags of chips of your choice — we recommend Fritos or Doritos
- Black beans, warmed
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, diced
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Ranch
- Salsa
Instructions:
- Start by browning the meat in a skillet and draining the excess fat.
- Add onion to the pan and cook until translucent and soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/2 of water. Simmer on low until the water is absorbed.
- Heat the beans in a pan until warmed through.
- Allow the meat to cool slightly before building your walking taco.
- To make the taco, select a bag of chips and crush them lightly, open the bag along the side to create a bowl and top with your ingredients.
- Eat with a fork!
