Charlestown Breachway
Although this camping is best for self contained campers, (campers with bathrooms) the beauty is well worth the trip. Here in Charleston, Rhode Island you will have access to state beach, freshwater fishing and shell fishing. There is even a boat launch on site! Camping and the beach. The best of both worlds.
Watkins Glen State Park
The most famous of the Finger Lakes State Parks, Watkins Glen, New York is a scenic marvel. Within two miles, the glen’s stream descends 400 feet past 200-foot cliffs, generating 19 waterfalls along its course. This area is also a fishermen’s dream. Nearby Seneca Lake or Catherine Creek is renowned for its fishing. Campers and day-visitors can enjoy the Olympic-size pool, scheduled summer tours through the gorge, tent and trailer campsites, and beautiful picnic facilities. This park is every photographer’s dream. You don’t want to wait another season!
